Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your order. Panda Kitchen and Bath makes every effort to ensure you receive your material as ordered. We are committed to your satisfaction. Please read and review the following terms and conditions of your purchase.
Measurements : The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of all measurements supplied to PANDA KITCHEN AND BATH. PANDA KITCHEN AND BATH accepts no responsibility or liability for measurement errors. The customer is responsible for the final design approval.
Deposits : The customer is required to pay in full prior to shipping direct to a residence or business. Orders picked up at any retail location require a 50% deposit.
Delivery Lead Times : All delivery times are estimates; PANDA KITCHEN AND BATH cannot guarantee it will meet specific deadlines and recommends that the buyer not schedule installation until the buyer receives product.
Common Carrier Delivery : PANDA KITCHEN AND BATH contracts delivery services through common carriers. PANDA KITCHEN AND BATH does not direct or control the operations of these common carriers. Each carrier sets and executes its own policies and practices.
Inspection : Cabinets are delivered unassembled. Claims for shortages or damages must be made upon receipt. The buyer is responsible for final inspection. Concealed damage claims (damage found after unpacking) must be made within 10 days of receipt of product. Do not install damaged or defective product. Assembly or modification of the products may void claims for damage. To file a claim, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-877-30-Panda (72632).
Returns : Returns are permitted within 30 days of receipt of product. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with any return, and will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee. Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of product. Special Orders, Close-out items, Clearance items, or products sold AS IS may not be returned. To be eligible for a return or exchange, product must be in its original condition and packing. Installed product may not be exchanged or returned. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are the responsibility of the buyer.
Cancellations : Cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee applied prior to any return of unused deposit.
Payments and Refunds : PANDA KITCHEN AND BATH accepts cash, checks, debit cards and credit cards. A $50 fee will be assessed for returned checks. Refunds for purchases made by cash or check will be refunded by check within 2-4 weeks and purchases by credit or debit card will be credited back to the credit or debit card used for the purchase. Down payments or deposits are due and payable at the time of order.
Lifetime Warranty : Panda Kitchen and Bath warranties its cabinets to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for the life of the cabinet purchased. This warranty is one-time transferable. Warping of wood, peeling paint, hinges,
drawer glides, and mechanical parts are covered under this warranty for thelifetime of the purchased cabinet. During this warranty period, Panda Kitchen and Bath will repair or replace, at our option, any cabinet or its component which proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal installation, use and services. This warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts and does not include service, labor or transportation charges related to the removal or installation of defective parts. In addition, this warranty does not include labor or damage due to improper installation, storage, misuse or neglect. This warranty shall not apply to Panda Kitchen and Bath cabinetry or parts that have been subject to alteration, modification, accident, abnormal use, extreme temperature, moisture levels or abrasive/citrus cleaning chemicals. Touch-up and adjustments are not included under this warranty and are the responsibility of the installer. You will be required to provide your order number, purchaser name and pictures of the defect. The lifetime warranty excludes all-inclusive and mix-and-match vanities.
Personal Information : Providing personal information is voluntary and not a condition of sale, but no warranty, return or exchange is allowed unless the buyer furnishes his/her name, address and telephone number.
PANDA KITCHEN AND BATH will not be held responsible for cabinets ordered due to incorrect measurements supplied by customer. Cabinets are delivered “unassembled”; assembly and installation is not included. Shipping damage claims will not be accepted after assembly of cabinets. Returns must be in original sealed packaging and aresubject to a 25% handling fee on all management-approved returns.
